Dr. Kulisz is in private practice as a consultant to
clients wishing to evaluate and improve their health.
His practice is limited to natural health
restoration and includes:

natural rejuvenation
programs,
- natural health recovery and long term support,
- chronic conditions
- health assessment in the context of nutritional
deficiencies (see the Health Assessment Questionnaire link above),
- nutritional supplementation (whole-food extracts,
enzymatic programs, individual formulations of vitamins, minerals,
aminoacids and enzymes),
- detoxification
- IV therapies incl. vit. C drips
- hypnosis
- live and dry blood microscopy*, and
- heavy metal toxicity analysis* (not a hair
analysis).

A note to our clients:
We want to succeed in
helping our clients improve their health. Indeed, we consider it a failure if
we cannot help. Natural health recovery requires time, effort and material
means -- although some private insurers are getting interested in natural health
and willing to cover the cost and/or reimburse for costs. Natural
methods are gentle, without adverse side effects, biologically similar or
identical with natural elements and processes of human organisms. Persons
not believing in natural health recovery, and/or unable to commit time,
patience, and material means are not able to benefit from natural methods.
To benefit from our services we ask:

Be committed to the
improvement of your health. Commitment is the most important element of
health improvement. With some exceptions, missed appointment generally
indicates lack of commitment. The same applies to not following the
directions, continuing destructive lifestyle, etc…

Have a list of
problems, medications, side effects available before you come for an
appointment.

Have answers to the
following questions:
--How long have you
been not well?
--Pattern (condition
worsening, improving, on and off, subject to stresses, allergies, other
factors -- which ones? The better you are prepared the lower the fee.

Have the Health
Assessment Questionnaire completed in advance (not mandatory but highly
desirable) at

Dress comfortably but
conservatively.

We reserve the right to cancel the appointment based
on the patient's appearance (improper dress, intoxication, unclean, etc...)

English is the
language of this practice. If client/patient does not speak English, a
medical translator/interpreter will be provided if available ($120.00/hr)

physician (ND).
By appointment only. Out-of-town clients please
call at least two weeks in advance. Telephone consultations to
clients/patients not able or willing to travel. Must be prepaid or have a
credit card available.
International clients from the countries for which the
entry visa to the US is required, have the appropriate
US consular office call
